Courtyard Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Hyannis, MA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable computer literate individual to handle reservations for our guests. Previous experience a plus with good telephone skills.
Duties:
Checking in our guests upon arrival and guest's departures using our computer system.
Experience:
- Previous experience with reservations preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper telephone answering
- Will provide training on SPI Software
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Benefit
- Flexible work schedules (full-time or part-time)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
