Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our establishment. If you have experience in the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, restrooms, and workstations
- Stock supplies and replenish as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with catering orders and special events as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
