What you need to be successful as a Barista
- Have a fun, positive and energetic personality.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry with a great customer service mentality
- Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- The ability to communicate in English both written and verbally, bilingual a plus.
