We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. They must also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer inquiries from guests and provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services.
- Provide concierge services to guests.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and cancellations.
- Ensure accuracy of billing information.
- Maintain guest records and accounts.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
