Hospitality America is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our open Guest Services Representative position at our Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge hotel. As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll have the ability to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences all while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package. This position is full-time and will be scheduled during our AM or PM shift (not overnight).

What you’ll do

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
