Position Overview:

Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Courtesy Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Fleet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial fleet operations, including client relationships, business development, and strategic planning. The Commercial Fleet Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial fleet-related matters.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and exceed expectations.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive fleet industry, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Provide input into product development and service offerings based on market insights and client feedback.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial fleet professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet management, commercial sales, or related fields.
  • CDJR experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and managing complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing technology solutions and fleet management systems to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and environmental regulations impacting the automotive industry, with a focus on reducing carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly practices.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer needs, with a track record of successfully navigating competitive landscapes and driving innovation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
