Institutions play a major role in tackling the global reskilling challenge by providing awareness, incentives, and financial support for lifelong learning. The Enterprise team is made up of several functional roles including Global Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Implementation Management, Skills Transformation, and Revenue Strategy & Operations.
In a world where the skills landscape is constantly evolving, Coursera for Business provides the enterprise-grade solutions enterprises need to thrive now and in the future. In this role, you will lead the strategy to grow this segment to a billion dollar trajectory. As a senior individual contributor, you will be the resident expert leading a cross functional team of Product, Content, and Technology team to become the default solution for developing talent worldwide. In addition, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive execution and reach our revenue goals. As the expert in residence, you will advise global enterprise decision makers on how they can transform their organizations with high-impact skill development by using Coursera’s solution. You will also help to influence Coursera’s go-to-market strategy for Coursera for Business, develop thought leadership, and support marketing activities.

Compensation:
Coursera offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between$150,000 and $300,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
