```Duties:```
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care
- Perform basic nursing procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
- Assist with patient hygiene and personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform basic tests such as urine dipsticks
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) or similar credential
- Knowledge of aseptic technique to maintain infection control standards
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic is preferred but not required
