This position will work in the Office of Recovery and Resiliency which is responsible for the administration of $328.9 million in CDBG-DR funding. Primary responsibilities for this position will be advanced technical and administrative work directing the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the department’s system of record (SOR)/computerized business systems. This is a fast-paced work environment.
Note: This position is a grant funded position and will conclude when the scope of the position is no longer necessary.

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience as a programmer analyst.
A comparable amount of education, training, or experience may be substituted for the minimum
qualifications.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License at time of hire.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
Physical Demands: Sedentary work. Ability to see, hear, talk, finger dexterity. Visual acuity (depth perception and peripheral vision) is necessary to operate a motorized vehicle.
Environmental Demands: Inside work.
Mental Demands: Ability to perform advanced mathematical functions. Ability to read and comprehend technical and professional journals and manuals, instructions schematics, abstracts. Ability to write complex documents, letters, manuals, memos relaying information and data. Ability to speak clearly and concisely. Ability to analyze data and develop conclusions. Ability to comprehend and develop spatial and relational designs and layouts. Ability to identify problems and resolve issues.
