The purpose of this class is to supervise inmate workers in various maintenance duties which include, grounds keeping, housekeeping, laundry operations, supply operations, and other various duties. The class works within a general outline of work to be performed, including Detention Center policy and procedures, preventive maintenance sheets and checklist, and develops work methods and sequences under general supervision, that may or may not Include specific written instructions.
This class requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training.This class must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. Class requires over one year and up to and including two years of experience.
