Responsibilities:

• Over see day-to-day operations of the Coffee Department.
• Promote sales and achieve profit margins and labor goals.
• Ensure positive shopping environment to customers and positive working environment for Associates.
• Responsible for departmental paper work including seasonal recap, markdowns, known loss report, etc.
• Provide effective training, development and work direction for department Associates.
• Supervise and motivate a team of Associates.

Pay - BOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
