Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Tester to join our team. As a Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through various testing methods. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, as it directly impacts the overall performance and reliability of our products. You will be testing new products, and defective products that customers have sent in for repair.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough testing of products using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and automated optical inspection equipment

- Utilize hand tools to fabricate and assemble components as needed

- Perform mechanical inspections to ensure proper fit and function

- Identify any defects or issues during the testing process and communicate them to the appropriate personnel

- Follow established testing procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Maintain detailed records of test results and provide reports as necessary

Skills:

- Mechanical knowledge to assess product fit and function

- Familiarity with various hand tools used in fabrication and assembly processes

- Ability to perform quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications

- Soldering skills are a plus

- Basic computer software knowledge

- Excellent communcation skills

This position requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
