Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to oversee our dealership's pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, inventory control, and customer service within the automotive industry.

Duties:
- Manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize the sales process
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management within a dealership setting
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in sales pipeline management and CRM software
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, math, and financial principles

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
