Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring all guest transactions are accurately recorded and assisting guests with their needs. Possible evening shifts as well. We are looking for someone who might want to work at the Sleep Inn and the Country Inn across the street as well for full time hours or we can hire 2 part-time team members.

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties efficiently and accurately, including posting room charges and taxes.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring proper room assignments and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
- Prepare daily reports for management summarizing hotel operations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management preferred.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service.
