Country Inn and Suites By Radisson is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at The Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and checking in guests
• Answering phones and messages
• Booking Reservations
• Reception desk duties such as checking guests in and out, answering questions, providing information, and completing various tasks as needed.
• Following policy with cash, credit cards payments
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel front desk role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
