Hours of operation:
- 4:30 am, Monday - Friday, and 5:30 am Saturday & Sunday to include Holidays.
- Must be available all weekends and holidays.
- Including handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet.
- Insure food is available and fresh meeting our breakfast rush needs.
- Engage guests to offer assistance and to check on satisfaction.
- Take out trash and ensure your area is clean and stocked prepared for the next morning.
- Assist with setting up, cleaning and organizing breakfast service and pantry areas.
- Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring associates perform in accordance with standards and consistent with the Country Inn and Suites.
- Supervise a crew of 1-3 workers.
- Monitor and order supplies or food items and restock as necessary to maintain inventory.
- Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher guest satisfaction.
- Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers.
- Ensure food is properly stored in designated containers and storage areas and meets food handling standards.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow OSHA standards.
- Previous food and beverage experience is required or equivalent training. Supervisory experience is mandatory.
