We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This includes performing repairs, conducting inspections, and implementing preventative maintenance measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs - Utilize schematics and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve problems - Fabricate parts or components as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities - Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary Skills: - Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions - Experience working with logic controllers is preferred - Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external contractors - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others If you are a skilled Maintenance Person looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
