The Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach will be the newest hotel in the area as well as the only branded full service hotel in Rehoboth.
We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Chief Engineer at this location - a position that will start about one month prior to opening in order to work with the management team to set rooms and develop a plan for operational excellence - specifically as it relates to general maintenance items.
We are looking for an individual that is excited to assist in opening a new property and that is proficient in many of the important skill areas that will be used within a hotel setting.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
This individual will take part in a daily property walk with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to ensure everything is in proper order and that there are no property deficiencies encountered by our guests.
With the opening of a new hotel, this individual will oversee the quarterly preventative maintenance schedule for all guest rooms and common areas - maintaining documentation of PM completion and keeping a file for each guestroom and each public area of the hotel.
This individual will keep accurate records of warranty details on all items so that we know which items that break or malfunction are covered by warranty.
This individual will respond to the needs of our guests when issues arise with equipment and systems that require maintenance attention.
Must be savvy with technology as we will utilize an online program (Quore) for all PM schedules, guest needs, work orders, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
