Responsibilities:

- Cover front desk, primary shift 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday. You must be open to cover any shift if the need arises as well as weekends if needed.
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain positive guest relations throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This will include responding to guest reviews and surveys.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Train, supervise, and schedule front desk staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems. Knowledge of Choice Advantage a plus!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
