Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent guest service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Verify and balance guest accounts and charges
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel premises during the night shift
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide exceptional guest service

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
