The award-winning Country Inn & Suites by Radisson - Mall of America is currently seeking an energetic, motivated professional for their Full-Time Night Audit Representative. The position is an entry level position and it entails running financial reports, balancing guest accounts, providing guest transportation via the hotel shuttle, checking guests in/out, informing guests of local attractions/sights, resolving guest issues and concerns all while providing exceptional customer service. The position requires working overnight shifts, during the week and on weekends. We offer competitive compensation and potential for growth within the Hotel. As a Full-time employee you will receive up to 1 week of vacation after your probationary period to use within the first year, the option for Medial, Dental, Vision, 401K and Hotel discounts.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

-High School diploma or equivalent
-Energetic, self motivated and organized
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Adaptability to various computer applications
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
-Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on a frequent/repetitive basis
-Valid driver's license with clean driving record, in order transport guests via the hotel shuttle

PREFERRED:

-Opera experience preferred, but not required
