Treasury Management Sales Support Specialist

Job Function: The primary function of this position is to support the implementation process for treasury management services for our clients and the sales team in identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve product offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation process of products and services for treasury management and commercial account clients, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and relationship managers to streamline implementation process.
• Manage the credit review process.
• Manage the relationship review process, including data gathering and working with Treasury Management Sales Officer and Marketing to keep projects on time.
• Assist in producing reports monthly to track product revenue, and sales and deposit goals.
• Assist with product implementations.
• Back up Treasury Sales Associate.
• Special projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of treasury management products, services and implementation best practices.
• 3 years experience in treasury management implementation or related financial services implementation preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills that foster a positive team environment.
• Exhibits a high degree of professionalism
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality and integrity
• Ability to multi-task and problems solve
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
• Must possess a can-do customer-service attitude/philosophy

Experience

• 3 year(s): • Knowledge of treasury management products, services and implementation best practices. • 3 years experience in treasury management implementation or related financial services implementation preferred.

Education

• High School or better
