Overview:
We are a busy real estate office seeking an organized and detail-oriented office administrator. This role is vital for maintaining smooth office operations and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Handle data entry and maintain office records
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Acrobat Pro, Google Apps, and QuickBooks
  • Some understanding of Adobe design software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
