Counsel Carolina (Osborn Gambale Beckley & Budd) is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Raleigh, NC

We are a small law firm that is growing quickly and looking for a friendly and self-motivated receptionist/intake coordinator with experience in customer service to join our team. This is a 100% onsite role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Conduct Intake calls and enter intake data into the system
  • Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Triage incoming faxes and emails to the appropriate destinations

Skills

  • Background in customer service in a professional environment, ideally within the legal industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Satisfactory knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a legal office
  • Computer literacy, particularly in Word, Adobe, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation
