Coucou is a new bar and restaurant nestled on the border of Venice and Santa Monica, just steps from the Pacific ocean. Coucou intersects traditional French fare with coastal California produce and classic cocktails.

Our menu was developed by Bouchon-Alum Chef Jacob Wetherington. The space is anchored by an arched bar, and embodies convivial elegance, offering fresh oysters, crudo, along with traditional French/California favorites. All which pair perfectly with our martinis, low-intervention wine, and selection of French aperitif.

We are seeking experienced and professional candidates for the following FOH positions:
- Server

General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greet guests in a professional, hospitable, energetic manner.

- Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

- Take orders and serve food and drinks.

- Pour wine/beer.

- Have an intimate knowledge of all menus.

- Food expo.

- POS/billing knowledge and proficiency.

Prior server/bartender experience is required.

Prior wine knowledge a plus.
