Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties:
- Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including kitchen staff, bartenders, and servers
- Ensure smooth operation of all departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, bartending, and hospitality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
