Drive Hospitality is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near West Hollywood, CA

Drive Hospitality is currently seeking service and customer service oriented Assistant Managers for our prestigious Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Must show customer focus.
  • Must at all times exercise his/her knowledge of parking operations.
  • Assist with managing the drive in a professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure Valet Supervisors & Ambassadors are professionally dressed at all times, wearing clean designated uniforms.
  • Ensure Valet Supervisors & Ambassadors are professionally posted at all times with no personal conversations while on the drive.
  • Coordinate the duties and responsibilities of the Valet Parking Supervisors and Ambassadors.
  • Ensuring all parking signage is relevant at all times.
  • Display Organizational skills.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Assist with handling all guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner, escalating to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
  • Train new staff on property specific procedures
  • Monitor concierge desk operations to ensure that standards are met and maintained.
  • Stay up to date on local attractions, events, and activities in order to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Proactively anticipate guest/resident needs and take steps to exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests receive the highest level of service.
  • Prepare detailed reports on guest/residents' satisfaction, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by Manager or any other member of management.

ESSENTIAL JOB QUAIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: Proven success in the following job competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
  • Must be able to drive a manual transmission
  • Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Must be able to stand during entire shift
  • Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
