Cottonwood Title Insurance Agency is Hiring a Title Assistant Near Murray, UT
Responsibilities:
- Typing residential and commercial property titles/updates with both speed and accuracy
- Entering new orders into company system
- Proofreading legal descriptions and correcting errors
- Assisting title officers as needed
Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- 60 WPM with excellent accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and type lengthy legal descriptions
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Team-first mentality
- Knowledge of title and or real estate a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
