Cottonwood Healthcare is looking to add a Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC) to help us manage the clinical systems for our portfolio of 8 Utah facilities. The RNC is primarily responsible for providing leadership, support, and direction to our clinical teams in each of the facilities under their stewardship. This position has the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the success of their facilities and staff. Strong candidates are capable of educating on best practices, have an in-depth understanding of state, and federal regulations, and are passionate about providing exceptional care to the residents they serve.
A history of successful survey management and proven expertise regarding the clinical systems that are crucial to the successful operation of a skilled nursing facility is a must. Qualified candidates will have experience as a director of nursing with measurable success in quality of care and regulatory compliance. Preferred candidates will have experience managing clinical systems at a regional level.
Each of our 8 facilities has strong nursing management teams with established leaders who are committed to the company's mission to create a great place to work and a great place to live. Salary starting at $140,000 to $160,000 DOE
