Job Description

The Marketing Analyst is entrusted to execute direct response marketing tactics across a variety of media channels. This position will work with marketing team members to conduct continuous testing and analysis to increase lead volume, improve conversion rate, reactivate existing customers, and grow incremental new customers while providing the best customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for a talented person to broaden his/her skill set in traditional and digital marketing methods, influence strategy for a multimillion-dollar marketing spend, work with vendors, draft performance reporting, and challenge him/herself with projects that can span from tactical to strategic in nature. This position offers a rare opportunity to learn to manage a variety of marketing channels alongside senior marketing professionals. Our preferred candidate will be passionate about marketing, a team-player, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and be able to multi-task. As a Marketing Analyst, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, working remotely from your home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and on-site at our Administrative Office (HQ) in Irving (Las Colinas), TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute direct response marketing tactics across a variety of channels
• Conduct continuous testing and analysis to increase conversions
• Help monitor and maintain assigned medias on a daily basis, including direct mail, SEM, television, SMS, SEO, email
• Follow, create, and update processes and procedures
• Collect and organize data to draft reports on channel performance
• Campaign management
• Collaborate with outside vendors and agencies
• Identify and act on opportunities to optimize performance

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• 2 years marketing or advertising experience
• Ability to work with data to identify key performance trends
• Elevated organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Results and revenue-focused mindset
• Local (Dallas/Fort Worth area) candidates only – no relocation
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and not require sponsorship in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient user of Google Analytics
• Project management experience
• Competitive benchmarking on ad conversions and offers
• Prior Financial Services Experience

Compensation

• Starting annual salary of $70,000
