Responsibilities:
  • Ensure semi-monthly timesheets are completed for Federal vertical employees.
  • Ensure subcontractor and intercompany time is entered and posted.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Calculate required monthly/quarterly fees payable to state and government entities.
  • Prepare and post travel charges for Federal vertical employees.
  • Set up new employees and subcontractors in the system for time entry and troubleshoot access issues.
  • Daily monitoring of the Federal Finance mailbox and responding to inquiries and requests.
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Cross trains in other areas within the Finance department.
  • Works on a variety of different accounting projects, as requested.
Job Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in accounting.
  • Two (2) plus years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
