CoStrategix is Hiring a Remote Technical Project Manager

As a Gixer (employee) at CoStrategix, you will have broad exposure to diverse industries and technologies. You will work on leading-edge digital projects in areas of Data Science, AI, Cloud, Mobile, and Application Development & Modernization in an Agile process setting. Gixers operate at the leading edge of technologies and our projects require compelling human interfaces.

This role offers hybrid remote flexibility, based out of our culture hub located in Blue Ash, Ohio.
You must be local (or willing to relocate) and able to come in weekly.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Project Delivery:
  • Apply project management principles to track and control software projects through successful delivery. Anticipate roadblocks and potential delays to proactively mitigate.
  • Prepare project planning documentation (communication plans, schedules, resource allocations, etc.) as per PMI standards
  • Create, review, and maintain project management plans, charters, schedules, communication matrixes, risk/issue logs and lessons learned documentation
  • Attend and lead internal and client meetings related to the projects
  • Manage multiple projects, estimate effort required to complete work, follow through on deadlines, negotiate priorities and navigate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide education, guidance, and solutions to our clients that deepens the client relationship
Strategic Account Management:
  • Help with creation of an account strategy for client accounts. Assist sales / business development in formulating the account strategy.
  • Responsible for executing the account strategy in tandem with project delivery while balancing project profitability, customer expectations/perceptions, and mid/long term client opportunities.
  • Work with the front-end engineering team, back-end engineering team and sales team to create alignment with the customers.
  • Establish relationships with client contacts at all levels with an emphasis on the C-suite to facilitate and influence client decision-making.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients’ executive sponsors and operational partners to prioritize attainment of mutual business goals and success criteria while preserving a stellar overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the CoStrategix services footprint for the client; collaborate with Sales to drive expanding revenue within the client base.
Process:
  • Optimize the work-flow process between the customer, client-facing team and the backend engineering team using Disciplined Agile Delivery process.
  • Determine optimum processes to blend stellar user experience and design with core technology competencies.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization; maintaining a team atmosphere and work environment.
  • Recognize and create changes in processes and policies as the company evolves in size and function. Focus on acquiring new skills needed to be successful through the scaling-up phases of the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • 5 years experience leading software development projects
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
  • Technical skills with knowledge in the development, configuration, implementation, and support of IT solutions.
