Costas Restaurant Group is in search of Assistant Managers to help run daily store operations at our new downtown restaurant location. Responsibilities include hiring and scheduling hourly staff, ordering, leading/coaching staff, promoting a positive culture, assisting staff during peak hours, monthly inventory. Manager must be able to perform all duties within the restaurant including the kitchen line.

We are looking for an individual that has prior management and kitchen experience. This individual must be a dedicated and quick learner, honest, hard working, teachable, willing to lead by example and have a positive attitude.

Candidate must be available to work all weekends. Knowledge of the kitchen and the ability to help on the line when necessary, is extremely important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
