Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity

- Manage transportation planning and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments and monitor delivery performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand planning strategies and ensure adequate inventory levels

- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as profit loss, to identify areas for improvement

- Lead a team of warehouse supervisors and provide guidance and support as needed

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

- Utilize AS400 or similar systems to manage inventory, procure supplies, and generate reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and order fulfillment processes

- Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) to track shipments

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
