We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of a team-oriented and dynamic environment dedicated to servicing customers in the professional beauty industry.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- Some experience leading & coaching others in a retail environment
- Love Customer Service and have a willingness to suggest items, drive sales & coach team members
- A high aptitude for driving sales & attaining key metrics of ATV, UPT, Credit Card applications
- Will be reliable and dependable with solid transportation to and from work
- Be a team player and work well with others, a leader by example
- Love a fast-paced environment with the ability to change directions quickly
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Have a passion for the Beauty Industry and its ever changing facets
