We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Dental Receptionist for our general dentistry office in East Haven.
We are looking for a mature person who is able to perform at the highest level of customer service and understand that details and good manners always matter. Must also have watched at least 2 soap operas from the 1980s!
Must be prompt, kind, responsible, able to multi-task and work cooperatively in a team .
Dental experience is not required, but you must have at least 10 years of customer service experience, including working in a school system, or corporate environment.
Duties include: supporting the doctor and office manager, answering phones, opening and closing office, scheduling, billing, collecting patient co-pays and cash handling, and insurance claim submission. Competitive salary, health care and 401K benefits.
