Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong organizational skills
