Summary: This position is responsible for providing physician support and supervising clinical staff in a clinic practice. Responsible for maintaining adequate supplies and medications, appropriate staffing levels, education and training of new staff, ongoing supervision of clinical staff, and quality of clinical functions to ensure efficiency/productivity of the providers office. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts the responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Supervised by the clinic manager and serve as a member of the clinic administrative team.

Requirements:

• Ability to facilitate communication and problem solving with patients, families, staff physicians, and administration.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Associate Degree of nursing, Licensed in the state of Texas
• Two years or more of nursing clinical experience with at least one year in ambulatory care setting.
• Minimum of one year in a leadership role.
• Prefer the following skills: the ability to multi-task, problem solving, organizational skills, knowledge of physician office triage, and experience of using an Electronic Medical Record.
