Valiant is seeking a self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to support a fast-paced program within the Northern Virginia area to support the ability to rapidly prototype and test solutions with production-level quality. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph. The Senior Software Engineer will work on a small, yet growing, team supporting a data-intensive organization through the development of applications, scripts, tools, and packages designed to automate ETL, as well as business practices and intelligence products in an operations environment. The Senior Software Engineer will be required to work with mission analysts to determine business processes, as well as recommend automation improvements using REST API calls, ETL, or other scripting. The Senior Software Engineer will be highly customer-focused, as well as skilled, flexible, and passionate about developing technical solutions which directly impact national security.
