Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated immigration Case Manager fluent in English (bilingual in spanish/portuguese is a plus) to join our collaborative and client-focused team. The candidate must be capable of managing immigration cases, ensuring efficient communication between clients and legal team, and facilitating the smooth progression through various stages of the immigration process
Responsibilities:
· Effectively communicate with clients to address their inquiries, gather documentation, and provide updates on case status.
· Organize and manage cases, ensuring that deadlines are met.
· Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to streamline case processes.
· Review documents and supporting materials.
· Attend meetings and provide input on case-related matters.
· Complete weekly reviews of cases for management activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but an associate degree in paralegal studies and paralegal certification are acceptable.
· Fluent in English. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Attention to detail and deadlines.
· U.S. work authorization required.
