CorTech is seeking to hire a Operations & Analytics Manager for our client in El Segundo, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $82.00/Hour Critical to operational excellence and enabling data-driven decision making, the Operations & Analytics Manager (OAM) will be a working manager leading a team of two analysts. With a strong background in analytics, the OAM will own the GTO vendor/contract database and institute standard and automated performance measurements and reporting dashboards. Fluent in sourcing operations, SIAM practices and the procurement processes, the OAM is an excellent communicator at ease collaborating at all levels; especially with vendor partners, procurement and finance managers to drive efficiencies. The OAM will serve as the primary contact for and oversee internal or external audits and will field semi-annual partnership health surveys. Internally, the OAM will have responsibility for preparing the SMO budget, financial planning and analysis. What Your Impact Will Be / Responsibilities:
Establishing and sustaining strong and effective working relationships within GTO, with corporate purchasing and finance, and with Top 20 vendors.
Leading the SMO - Operations & Analytics team to institute standard and automated. performance measurements and provide performance reporting, dashboards and analytics.
Providing direction, supervision, and guidance for career growth to team members.
Owning and assuring the quality of the GTO vendor/contract database and maintaining the vendor management framework.
Analyzing supplier data, organizational spend, project data, and KPIs to identify opportunities to improve deal performance.
Driving process efficiencies through innovation, automation, and self-service.
Providing self-serve tracking of the SOW process.
Developing and managing operational budgets.
Serving as the SMO point of contact for and overseeing internal and external audits and fielding semi-annual partnership health surveys.
Supporting IT leadership including annual planning, budgeting, status reporting, executive presentations, ad hoc inquiries, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, frequently changing, complex, and demanding environment.
Experience: 10 years of IT and technology experience including a minimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience in areas of responsibility and in similar roles, comparably sized company.
Experience: 5 years of with IT sourcing vendor management in a multi-vendor environment. Must understand contractual, commercial, and operational working relationships with vendors and be familiar with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) methodology and practices.
3 years of Data Analytics experience.
Respected people manager; positive contribution to organizational health.
Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills and executive presence; able to work across functions to influence and effect change to achieve efficiencies.
Proven literacy – the ability to describe business use cases/outcomes, management concepts and analytical approaches/options. The ability to communicate among the languages used by executive, business, finance, procurement, IT and other stakeholders.
Fiscal prudence – the ability to manage a budget, keeping an eye on big-picture value.
Bachelor’s Degree; with Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance discipline preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken; proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions, parties.
Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and languages and data visualization, ability to spot patterns and trends, and model solutions.
Ability to analyze and make decision-ready recommendations to executives on complex issues.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to develop compelling presentations and communicate difficult technical topics.
Solid time management and organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently.
