CorTech is seeking to hire an HR Administrator for our client in Canton, OH!
Benefits Available!
$25.00/Hour
Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
  • Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management.
  • Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes.
  • Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies.
  • Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams
  • Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population
Education Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent
