Assignments will include:

• Trade confirmations process

The individual will be required to access multiple systems (Allegro, FIS Aligne, ICE, e-Confirm) to retrieve data, reconcile it in Excel, investigate the differences, if any, and work with internal groups and external counterparties to review, sign, and approve the confirms within the systems. The signed confirmations will need to be emailed/faxed to counterparties or electronically approved on e-confirm.

• Gas Price Reporting

The individual will need to access FIS Aligne system to run the gas price reports, review them and distribute them to the appropriate distribution lists by a certain time daily.

• Other administrative tasks

Part-time contract position. 4 hours per day. Flexible schedule with onsite/remote. Pay range: $22 - $26 per hour
COVID-19 Vaccination requested.
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams skills required.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Energy trading experience is a plus (not required).
