Objective:

This position will coordinate work assignments for our shoreside personnel through high volume phone calls, computer logging and tracking, and documentation of work requested and performed. The responsibilities include all activities to ensure Company and customer policies and procedures are followed and that the operations the customer has entrusted the Company with are conducted in a safe, environmentally sound, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize safe and smart utilization of workforce through proactive and efficient planning.
• Maintain planning/tracking tools as updated information is received from the field.
• Answer high volume of incoming calls both on the phone and over the radio.
• Proactively seek missing information and new updates needed to make better decisions.
• Dispatch field workers to jobs promptly and accurately.
• Create, update, and complete work records with job information in a timely fashion.
• Effectively manage resolution of issues, being sure to involve operations and management when required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Willing to work shift work (7-on and 7-off): 12-hr. shifts including days, nights, weekend work, as well as some holidays.

Experience / Education Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
