Team, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LMHPs) to perform clinical intake assessments for Mental Health Skill-Building and Crisis Stabilization services on a PRN basis. This includes provision of the face to face assessment as well as submitting clinical documentation. Assessments may be done via telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic. Availability to complete assessments for crisis services on short notice is strongly preferred. This is a contract position. License by the Board of Counseling, Board of Social Work or Board of Psychology is required. Knowledge of mental health skill-building and crisis stabilization eligibility criteria is preferred.
