Corporate Personnel Resources, Inc. is Hiring an Outside sales representative Near Ozark, AL
Personnel Resources has an immediate direct hire opening for an Outside Sales Rep in Ozark, AL. You will be traveling within the Wiregrass area doing residential and small business sales while working a Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm schedule.
Pay will be a base salary plus commissions along with a great benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a retirement plan with company match.
They also give you a monthly vehicle compensation!
Responsibilities :
Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Skills :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role
Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
Exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
