Support Staff Fitness Specialist

What would your work schedule look like?

Variable shifts on an as needed basis
Shifts between 4:30am - 6pm Monday - Thursday and 4:30am - 2pm on Fridays
Shift timing and frequency allows for freedom to pair this position around other responsibilities and schedule requirements

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

Bachelors Degree not required
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
Ability to teach group exercise classes preferred

Here is the good stuff:

$ 17.00 - $18.00 per hour
No weekends!

What would be your responsibilities?

Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
Support CFW Culture and initiatives

What skills are required?

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills required
Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Personable; positive attitude
Ability to instruct multiple group exercise formats
