Placement Finding Specialist

Starting Salary : $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 (Annually)(Starting salary depends on education and experience)RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Placement Finding Center is an innovativeapproach to partnering with case managers and placement resources inKansas to identify the best placement match for youth already in ornewly entering state custody.

Placement Specialists are responsible foridentifying placement resources for children in state custody referredby their case manager.

This position has no face-to-face contact withyouth but works collaboratively with placement providers and casemanagers- sometimes in person, in office;

therefore, some limited travel(5%) is involved.QUALIFICATIONS :

This position requires a Bachelors degree in SocialWork or other Human service-related field and at least three years ofwork experience with children and families.

Must be at least 21 years ofage and pass background check, physical and drug screening. Thisposition also requires a valid drivers license and proof of currentvehicle insurance.
