POSITION: Youth Behavioral Health Specialist Manager

DEPARTMENT: Residential (Ozanam Campus)

PAY RANGE: $47,000 - $50,000 Annually

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

The regularly scheduled hours for this position will be Sunday - Thursday, 2pm - 10pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Cornerstones of Care is seeking a caring team member to help youth heal from trauma while in our 24/7 residential program located in south KCMO. Relationships are key to healing and our team makes the difference for our youth through their daily interactions. This role will require an individual who can observe the interaction and provides daily supervision to staff and clients, ensuring the staff is following routines, policies, and treatment plans. Provides support to staff and clients with the goal of maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a High School Diploma. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in social services, child development, or criminal justice. We require a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with children.
