Based in Irvine, #TeamLinkwood is currently on the lookout for a bubbly, caring and outgoing *female colleague to join them as a Support Worker on a permanent basis. **Current salary is 9.50 per hour with 10.02 pay award pending!**

**The Role**

Our small, friendly team support an active and fun-loving lady who lives in her own home. She enjoys getting out and about in her car, listening to music, meeting up with friends and socialising. The lady uses a wheelchair and requires support to attend her activities.

Youll be supporting her day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, support to appointments, personal care and medication. As a Support Worker we will need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines. Our aim is to enable the people we support to live a fulfilling and valued life, where they can achieve their own personal goals and aspirations. You will participate in the planning and delivery of person-centered care and encourage the people we support to express their views and wishes. With your help we will enable the people we support to play an active role within their local communities. ???????

**About You**

To be a great Support Worker we will need you have the following qualities;

* Great communication skills.

* Can think outside the box.

* Caring attitude and approach.

* Positive approach to learning.

* Full, manual UK driving licence (min 1 year driving experience).

* Confidence in the use of technology.

**Shift Patterns**

Our service provides care 7 days a week, between 11.30 to 5.30pm but this can vary due to activities.
